How We Do It
DEFINE SCOPE OF WORK: ProVentures and Client designate roles and responsibilities of the relationship.
STRATEGIC PLANNING: This process is aimed at establishing program objectives and uncovering assets of the brand. Working collaboratively with the Client, ProVentures will analyze the effectiveness of current programs and processes and consult to create a cohesive strategy that can be implemented over time.
CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT: From the agreed upon strategy, ProVentures designs an integrated program that meets brand objectives.
PROGRAM DESIGN: Client and ProVentures schedule roll out of programs and plan for implementation and execution.
ACTIVATION: ProVentures utlizes inhouse teams and mobilizes business partnerships to execute design.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: ProVentures remains engaged to oversee interagency program management and execution of the plan.
